Choose Denison Campaign

The Choose Denison Program is a program designed to encourage working professional who are new the area to get plugged into the Denison community within on year of moving to the Texoma region.

Eligibility Criteria

• Apply to the Choose Denison program within one year of moving to the Texoma area.

• Purchase or build a home within the Denison city limits that is valued at $95,000 or greater within two years of moving to the Texoma area.

• Complete 24 hours of volunteer service at approved Denison Chamber or City of Denison sponsored functions (other functions may be accepted if approved by the program administrator).

• Maintain at least part-time employment.
   

Incentives

• Upon completion of all the participation criteria, the recipient will have their choice of $1,000 cash or a $1,200 cash rebate on exterior landscaping.

• The participants will also receive a $50 discount off the tuition of the Denison Leadership Institute sponsored by the Denison Chamber of Commerce.
